I placed an order with Zara last Friday.
The item was due for delivery on Monday.
It said sent on Sunday but it wasn't collected by the courier (Royal Mail )
I spoke with Royal Mail who said they were expecting a parcel from Zara but it hasn't been sent yet.
Spoke to Zara and they told me to allow 48 hours and someone would be in touch from another department.
That was yesterday.
Rang up today ..still the same.
You have to wait another 48 hours for a reply from us as we have no other info.
I said what will happen in 48 hours if no response.
Zara said -then we will pass it to another department to chase it.
I said ..look can you send me a replacement order or a refund?
They said no.
You have to wait till we find out where your parcel is
Tracking clearly states it hasn't been collected by a courier.
So Zara surely should re send or refund
Aibu to be annoyed ?
What can I do ?
