This is totally random but i need to acquire a large realistic looking piece of cheese to be used by DD who is a mouse in a production. I am not particularly crafty - ideally needs to be A5 type size!

Any ideas where I could acquire or what I could use to make such a thing?

Cut up a yellow sponge - the sort you wash a car with?

AudTheDeepMinded · 07/10/2020 22:13

Oasis foam, the stuff florists use? Spray yellow if it's not already that colour and cut to shape. Or foam from somewhere that upholsters etc.

Large yellow car washing sponge and cut it into a wedge?

mollypuss1 · 07/10/2020 22:13

A5 isn’t particularly big.

Paint a box yellow or use a car sponge?

Notimeforaname · 07/10/2020 22:17

A large box can be cut up and taped together to make a 3D triangle type wedge shape..paint yellow

Notimeforaname · 07/10/2020 22:18

Wait...A5 is tiny. Use a cereal box.

Car sponge is genius!

Oh or an empty sandwich takeaway carton, paint it yellow with black cartoon cheese holes
