Who is emailing you? Can you block or unsubscribe from marketing lists?

Yes you are. Companies are just trying to survive. Unsubscribe to their mailing lists.

Really? There are a lot of things to be irritated by, but average marketing isn't one of them. Block, unsubscribe or ignore if you find this so irritating. And perhaps consider getting some help if something so trivial is bothering you that much?
