I had a bad experience with one who I feel exploited me emotionally & financially & made things worse (lost a family member). He didn't believe anything I said, kept telling me I was deluded when there was no reason for this and evidence proved otherwise, and broke confidentiality repeatedly, I found out afterwards. In retrospect it became clear he had a MH problem, which no one wanted to admit, but glaringly obvious. I had to make a complaint & he was sanctioned for one issue (there were many) but his member org were terrible and biased towards members. I left traumatised and am seeking another for healing. Has anyone else complained? Anyone had a good experience?
