We booked flights to Lanzarote in June with Ryanair via Travel Republic. They were cancelled and I still haven't received a refund. Travel Republic last contacted me in August to say they were awaiting the refund from from Ryanair and woulpass it on as soon as they were refunded. My feeling is that my contract was with TR and they should refund me and claim it back from RA. Has anyone else had this experience and successfully received a refund? How did that materialise?
