Anyone here members of the gym group? Help!

I signed up last night and this morning I couldn’t get in to the gym, I don’t know if my pin is not activated? There were others who just went in with their pin no problem, one of them told me I had to watch the videos and fill in my profile on the members account to get in for safety reasons? I’ve done that now, I just don’t know if it will work, I can’t contact call the customer service today, they’re open tomorrow, so just wanted to ask here and see if any MNers are members of the gym group and can help me? 😓

I haven’t been a member for many years now so I’m probably not much help, but when I was a member your pin wasn’t “active” until you’d had your induction with a member of staff. This may have been replaced with the videos in light of CV, but worst case if you can’t get in you should be able to flag down a staff member to let you in and sort your access out.

I am member of the gym group. When I got my pin I could get in straight away on the keypad or QR code on my phone. Have you tried both of those?

Otherwise there should be a separate door to the side of the entry/exit pods that you can ask a member of staff to help you.

@notanothernamechangemother I did try the keypad, but will try the QR code on the gym app too. I went there 5am this morning, and was told there are no staff at that time of the day. I'm going there 4am today too, wish me luck

It worked, I got in my pin is activated just got back from the gym.
