What is this on my neck?!

Have a GP app/consultation over the phone next week. Was just looking for ideas before then. They're not itchy or raised. Been there for about 2 months now.

Are they on the back of your neck? I got marks like those when I got overweight/obese. They went again when I lost the weight.

I’m not saying those marks are definitely linked to weight by the way, I never went to the doctor about it. It just coincided with my weight gain and loss for some reason.
