Paid £105 for highlights which I think look more like I’m grey rather than blonde and only spent 20-30 mins drying and cutting hair.

Would you complain?

They’re too fine. I’ve had this happen to me before and like you ended up in tears. I did get them to fix it though.

God yes!! What on earth did they do to justify £105?! My hair is down to the bottom of my back and when I go for colour, cut and blow dry it’s £55-£65 max!! Defo complain x

They look ok to me and not grey at all.

Did they put any toner on at all? On my highlights they use a purple coloured toner to take the brassy yellowness off and it can look a bit strange until it's been washed a couple of times and then it settles down to blonde again

All the toner in the world isn’t going to help that she’s got light strands in the middle of a mass of much darker hair. Hence why it looks greying. This is what my hair looks like after it’s grown out for 8 weeks.

You need some larger sections put through.

Unlike it looks natural and sun kissed as not to even. But if you are not happy go back. That's too much money not to feel amazing after. Hairdresser s are usually good at trying to fix it if you are not happy

I don’t think the look grey but they do look a bit like streaks rather than highlights.

I’ve had exactly the same thing this wee! £120 for a balayage, telling the I wanted the ends really blonde... I’ve come out looking near enough the same but with a gingery hue! I’m not happy but not sure whether to moan back to them. It’s been 3 days and I’m still not happy
