To not let guests visit

My DM and her husband live a few hours drive away. Pre COVID they would come to stay with us regularly to see DD, and they are keen to maintain a close relationship despite living so far away. They were due to stay with us next weekend, but the area they live in has gone in to local lockdown since we made these plans. They are still intending on visiting us though, to them because the area I live in doesn't have the further measures they say it's just the rule of six that applies, and also as the guidance says they allowed to leave their area to go on holiday that applies to this situation. I'm not comfortable with this. AIBU to want to reschedule?

I am in an areabwhere local restrictions apply. I am allowed to go on holiday but not allowed to mix households indoors anywhere or in private gardens. The guidance for my area explicitly states that i cant leave my area to mix with another household elsewhere.

Just tell them they cant come. To be a guest, you have to have an invite. Like a vampire
