Posting here for traffic. Before I went on ML I was promised I'd be back to a different role. Business sky rocketed during Covid which meant I had to stay in my current job to help with the backlog. They've published a couple of internal promotions (but was told couldn't apply because of this promised job). There's another new job opening, not sure of it's any more money (doubt it) bit would be less boring. I'm actitvely looking for other jobs, but feel like they're stringing me along.
