Is this a bite?

Sorry to post in AIBU but it's for traffic.

I have had a spot on the skin at the top of my foot for a couple of days now. It's very itchy and looks like a bite to me.

I have zoomed in so it's actually much much smaller. It's like a tiny prick thing but it's so itchy and painful.

Any ideas about what it could be and how to relieve the itchiness?

Antihistamines-either orally or a topical application would work. No idea what it is though.
