To ask if anyone has heard of this? Fairly lighthearted

hireahubby.com/

A home maintenance company, but I wonder if their name fosters the idea that women on their own are incapable? It started in Australia, funnily enough.

I can't imagine a bunch of women thinking it a good idea to start a cleaning/housekeeping company called Hireawifey?

Feels like the Oz sense of humour to me

I might start up a company like that here. If anyone wants a man who doesn't know a screwdriver from a drill, messes the house up and lies around in bed a lot I can send my husband round. While he's out, I'll get on with the DIY in peace.

I mean, you could view it as being sexist if you wanted to, but I smiled, and thought it was quite amusing. In fact, both me and my DP are hopeless at DIY, so I'd certainly use this website!
