I weighed myself 4 days ago with a new scale and again today.

Wed: 193lb
43 inch waist
45 inch hips
47 inch chest
15 inch arm

Saturday: 170lbs
36 inch waist
44 inch hips
46 inch chest
14 inch arm

The weight change is absurd and unrealistic. I did feel super bloated on Wed but 23lbs.unlikely!

I want to start tracking my weight loss but should I just Ignore this massive drop. It doesn't seem right at all.

Have you moved the scale? I find I lose about 2 stone instantly if the scale is on a carpeted floor rather than tile/wood. It needs to be a firm flat surface.
Otherwise please send me details of your amazing diet Grin

Moved the scale but put it back on the same surface. Would have ignored it if my waist hadn't changed 7inches too😲. Im guessing the second measurements are closer to my 'real' weight but fuck me what happened on Wednesday I was like a beached whale... Not even pms or anything. Very odd.

Thanks for the tip about not moving it. Didn't think of that but yeah concrete floor.
