'Cotton' anniversary gift

Ok so I confess I'm posting in AIBU mainly because there isn't currently a section called 'AIBThick'.

DH and I pledged to always do anniversary gifts based on the traditional calendar of gifts. Last year was paper which was easy, tickets to a gig. This year however is cotton. I am struggling so badly. I've spent way too long on Pinterest which has so far thrown up the possibility of a pair of cotton pyjamas. Which doesn't exactly scream passionate second wedding anniversary does it?

DH and I have a bit of a warped sense of humour so if anyone has any 'out there' suggestions please help me out?!

Next year is leather so I'll be fine but this year is a struggle!

AIBU to get pyjamas or has anyone got any amazing suggestions?

Why not club together to buy some really lovely bedlinen you ca both enjoy?

We got each other tshirts. I got him one based on his football club, he got me one from my favourite band.

We did the leather one next year, a roll-up jewellery storer for packing for me and a cufflink box for him.

I think we forgot to do gifts after that, got a bit tedious. Planning a few days away childfree in a year for our 10th though.

Does he wear ‘amusing’ tshirts? I love this, also as a hoodie. Needs a certain sense of humour.

We did t-shirts that year. I got dh a t-shirt that said "Real men marry (myprofession)!"

It was our 2nd anniversary this year - I got a fresh cotton scented candle from my favourite candle company.

T-shirts, nice bedlinen, socks?

I purchased some personalised boxers with his name and our wedding date stitched onto them.

A nice face mask?

I was going to say really nice pyjamas but obviously your relationship is very different to mine (and we're not even married yet...)
