To do a sideways move with work

Shameless AIBU post for traffic because have to respond by tomorrow and can't see wood fer trees what to do!

Is it BU to take a lateral move new job. So a sideways move basically. New job offers exactly same salary, holidays, package, everything. Same title. No more or less scope for progression. Culture seems very similar to current company which is very safe and traditional but not the most groundbreaking. They can match my current hours which are very flexible.

Literally only two reasons for considering move. One is I have been at current role more than five years and, being under thirty, am not sure that looks very ambitious on my CV really plus even if I do like my job and company you inevitably start to get bored and restless after that long. Second is my company, like many others, are making lots of redundancies right now even though my job is not currently on the line lots of my department has gone. New company has not as yet made any and is recruiting quite a lot.

I don't know what to do. DH thinks I should take new job because of all the redundancies at mine but I am worried I am selling myself short doing a sideways move with no progression in job or salary. I am part time though on very flexible hours and jobs like mine on a part time/flexible basis do not come along every day so it is quite a rare opportunity.
