Charlize Theron. Gorgeous, gorgeous woman. And from the older crowd I think Helen Mirren is beautiful and has perfected age appropriate styling so much so that she looks much younger than her 75 years.

I also have a soft spot for Reese Witherspoon, I get the impression she is lovely.
