Help me find this book please?

I am looking for a book that is set in the 30s/40s in West Wales. A village called Brynhoffnant. It is autobiographical. It is set on a farm. It covers a few decades if I remember correctly.

I grew up nearby and was telling my mum about it. She would love to read it but I can't even find it via Google etc.

You lot have been amazing previously when I've had a moment previously!

Thank you but no. That looks an interesting book though. It's set in the wrong part of Wales.

Not the first one but the 2nd one looks very interesting? It may be? I don't remember any bit set in the RAF!
If no one else comes up with anything I'll order that and see. Thank you very much.
