After months of living with social restrictions I wonder if a dark judgmental side of humanity has been awakened, whereby people look down on or judge others for wanting to enjoy life. Please note I am not advocating an end to restrictions, I support mask-wearing etc. I mean that wishing and looking forward, or hankering after and looking back to, a day when you can once again freely travel, go to a rock concert, be with a large group of people etc, seems to have in itself become suspect in some people's eyes. There do seem to be people heavily invested in persuading others that the current restrictions will be in place for years on end, and that anyone expressing hope of a better future is desperately naïve and misguided. I really really miss being able to live as I did before and at the moment I'm not really looking forward to anything much
