I've been to boots and weighed myself as I know I am over weight obese in face but I don't understand the body fat if I attract a photo could someone explain it to me ?

Something to do with the fat in your abdomen around your organs?
It's not a good thing.
No idea how it calculates it.

Of your total weight 34% of it is due to fat

This is the table that comes with my scales so at age 32 your body fat -to be ‘normal’ range-should be 19.1-29% of your total body weight but is currently 34% of your total body weight.

Can someone explain this to me please ?

They pass a small electric current up one leg and through the body. Did you stand on metal plates? It uses the fact that water conducts electricity to work out how much water there is in your body and how much fat. It's not meant to be massively accurate as I think it depends on the fat distribution in your body.
