Last night I grated my index finger knuckle. I've been through four plasters and it's still bleeding. There's no skin left for it to knit back together. It's quite deep and I'm not sure new skin will grow. It's not scabbing because it's still wet and bleeding.
Does it need anything other than a plaster?
Is a photo needed?! Don't want to gross anyone out but it's not that bad to look at.
