I am currently trying to lose weight - I am just under 5 ft 7 and weight 12 stone 10. A tad chunky I know.
Anyway, I am trying to healthily lose weight. 1 - 2lbs a week would be fine for me.
Have any of you lovely Mumsnetters got any healthy, low-cal recipes you could kindly chuck my way? Or healthy meal ideas?
Any weight loss tips in general would be fab
