Lunch ideas please

Hi I'm looking for quick and easy lunch ideas that don't require heating in a microwave at work. We have been having sandwiches a lot but me and DH have put on weight and I'm just bored of them too. Ideally something that doesn't require refrigeration..
so sick of the same meals everyday and this excess weight I've gained in lockdown.

Pasta salad (wholewheat pasta, some homemade pesto, cucumber, mange tout, peas, cherry tomatoes)

Sesame peanut noodles (www.nigella.com/recipes/sesame-peanut-noodles)

Falafel (www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/5-ingredient-falafel)

Salad wraps. A wrap has fewer calories than two slices of bread, and can hold a greater amount of salad.

Soup in a thermos.

Salad in a box.

Salads - not just lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber.

Soups in a flask.

Cold mezze

Also highly advise a cool bag and a freezer block so that you can take things that need refrigeration like salmon, cooked chicken and prawns.

I like substantial salads ie not leaves!

Chickpea salad (good with any combination of red pepper, cucumber, radish, avocado, feta, red onion or spring onion, celery)

Beetroot salad with goats cheese and walnuts

Potato salad - good with any of ham, smoked fish, sweetcorn, peas, green beans

Lentil and rice salad with goats cheese or feta

Mountain salad - leaves, cheese, nuts, maybe bacon or ham, maybe a few cold new potatoes
