Any HR advisors for NHS or similar that know Tupe law?

Posting for traffic, apologies.
I am trying to find some guidance on TUPE and struggling.
I work for the NHS and have 10+ years service in the same Trust.
I was working as a B4 in 2012 and was then TUPE’d to another provider April 2015 where I stayed for 6 months. I then returned to the NHS on a top B3 in Nov 2015 where I have remained.
Today I have secured a B4 position.
Looking at the AFC payscales it takes into account previous service at that band.
I have 3 years 5 months previous experience at a B4 (6 months of this was under TUPE).
Therefore, when I start on the B4 I believe I should start on the increment for 3-4 years service. Is this correct?
I’m not sure whether the 6 months I did under TUPE count. Although annual leave etc all take into account reckonable service and I receive the 10+ years annual leave so my thinking is that this counts too.
Can anyone point me to any guidance?
I’ve tried HR today and they seemed clueless and noncommittal so I would really like to find out myself. The jump in pay is significant between those brackets so it’s worth pursuing.
Many thanks
