Really depressed over snacking

I’m really annoyed with myself. The days I’m in work I hardly eat as I’m busy. On my days off I can’t drip eating and snacking. It’s only 10am and I’ve had 2 slices of cake and sweets from kids snack cupboard already. I’m such a failure and never going to lose my weight

Replace the cake with fruit or nuts. They're more filling. And, as an award winning snacker I've found distraction works. I allow myself 2snacjs a day. After that if I get the urge, I clean, craft, watch a You Tube real crime series or decor hacks expert or a beginner's exercise thing with that Lucy Wyndham woman.
