Is this normal ?

When your partner or husband buys you flowers and chocolates because it's an anniversary or something do they leave them on the side for you to " find " or hand them to you?

Sometimes he hands them over, sometimes they are on the kitchen worktop for me to find when I go down for breakfast

Yeh either.

He's never handed them to me, always left on the side and tonight he said there's some flowers and chocolates for you on the side I just find it abit odd that when he rarely buys them he never hands them to me

On the rare occasion he buys me flowers because I hate them 😬 their usually in the sink with some water because he can't find a vase! Chocolates he hands to me because he know I'll share them 😁
