To suggest an honest review?

Older dd had a small tattoo recently.. The tattooist is the relative of younger dd's friend. We know her dps and of the relative..
It isn't the relatives shop he just works there. He is very good and has a great reputation..
All good..
So, the owner of the shop had his dc there at the appointment, only 1 other customer getting work done. Dc is very chatty and dd a bit pd off tbh as it was her first tattoo and wanted to feel relaxed etc.
Worse still the owner had his ddog there that actually kept peeing up against display cabinets (piercing jewellery inside etc)..
Dd wants to give an honest review of his work - happy with result and his conduct... But obviously very unhappy about the dc and ddog! She is a bit worried younger dd may be affected if the review shows by detail to be dd's review. Or indeed owner isn't happy with the truthful review ..
Review or not at all /or be economical with the truth and don't mention dc /ddog?

This is grim, and I'd be worried about the tattoo parlours cleanliness if this is what the owner deems acceptable. I'd give an honest review..

Christ, forget the bad review, I'd be contacting public health. That's fucking grim.

As has been said, needs reporting. Why would you have a dog in an area where there are open wounds!?

I would say something to them, but not via social media, as you do know them.

Yeah like PP said, I'm covered in tattoos and if that was a studio I used I would want to know.

I couldn’t have had the tattoo done knowing there was a dog there, let alone it was pissing on everything!
