Posted test back on Friday 4 September, have run 3 times and they say they have it. How on earth is this system going to work if they can’t get it right at the beginning of September.
Will ring again today, but if it was positive, test and trace have missed the opportunity to let others know and stop spreading it.
Does anyone know if there is any way to escalate this?
