How to ignore negativity

I don't know if it's lockdown or what but I feel like I've become really sensitive to the arseholery of other people lately. All I seem to see on social media is racist, classist bullshit. People showing nothing but contempt and prejudice for other humans. Covid conspiracists, so arrogant that they think their opinions are fact.

In a more personal sense I work with a really bitchy team. My boss is a bully and yet still I care too much about what she thinks. I really need to find a way to disengage from all the negativity. To focus on myself and not let other people and their horrible ways affect me so much.

Sorry if I'm rambling. Is it just me?

Absolutely not. I detest office politics too. Number one mental health poison. I get through my days with a combination of smiling mind app meditations and CBD capsules. Solidarity OP. Bitchy teams are the worst

I used to be able to rise above it but everything feels magnified lately. Working from home definitely increases accountability. It feels like everyone is accusing everyone else of not working. I really am and it's so stressful! Not just work though, people in general. I've seen some awful comments relating to BLM and migrants tonight that have just made me despair.

I need to learn how to not be so affected by the awfulness of other people.
