To stop close contact with GP's?

Our baby is 7 months old.
Born just before lockdown.

At the height of the pandemic we made the decision to follow the guidelines and now allow anyone to hold DC.

Once things started to improve we allowed close contact with both mine and DH parents.

DH parents live in the next town to us and they're currently on a watch list as cases there are soaring.

Our town at the minute is stable but with the way things are going, I expect that to change.

Both of our parents are out working, but then so is DH.

It would upset us all to stop contact as DC has a lovely bond with them, but I don't want to put her or them at any risk.

What should I do?
