Single and pregnant?

I just wanted to ask those who have gotten pregnant whilst single , or found out after break ups etc. AIBU to ask How did you react? Did you have the child? Etc. Sorry if this is a hard question but i need to hear various stories x

I think this depends on your personal circumstances OP.

I fell pregnant a few years ago in a very crappy relationship. He wanted me to keep the baby but wasn’t emotionally supportive and I found out he had cheated on me whilst pregnant so I ended the relationship. I didn’t think I would be able to cope alone both financially and mentally and I didn’t want him as a role model / as my child’s father so I decided to have an abortion. It was the most difficult time in my life but it was ultimately the best decision for me.

Lots of women have babies whilst single and do an absolutely amazing job so you need to weigh up if you have the right emotional, financial and practical support around you and how you will cope as a single mum. Only you can make the decision that’s best for you

I've fallen pregnant while single twice.
The first time I had a termination. I was young, unemployed, broke and really disliked the guy - on reflection he'd been abusive. I've no regrets whatsoever.
The second time I was in a much better position emotionally, with a steady job, financial security, and a good relationship with the father (though we were never a couple). DS is 11 now and I wouldn't change a thing.
Both situations were frightening at first, both decisions were hard - but both were right for me.
How are you feeling about everything OP?

I feel incredibly lost.... im not financially stable, I get along with the father .I'm worried that I'm not emotionally stable for anther child but I'm terrified that I'd regret it if I went for a termination
