Or am I loosing my mind ?
Two weeks running I have been amending my order close to cut off time. I have been an Ocado customer since it started so pretty familiar with the App etc. It used to either have a pop up reminder that you needed to check out? Or it would simply move your check up time back. Two weeks running I have checked the app and it has moved the checkout time back, and then it has cut me off at the original time (and with no checkout warning).
Am I imagining the checkout times ? Has this happened to anyone else. I have spoken to Ocado and they appear to think I'm bonkers either to think my time has moved or to expect checkout earnings (based on past practice).
