Does anyone here use crystals? I really don’t know much about them at all but have heard it mentioned a couple of times recently and it sounds intriguing!

No, I don't use crystals and don't know much about them. I don't believe they could have any effect whatsoever, but perhaps someone can enlighten me.

Sodium carbonate crystals are apparently very good for cleaning a washing machine.

I knew a girl at Uni called Crystal who pissed the bed when she drank alcohol. Which was a lot. Wasn't much use for anything

I’ve got some shiny bits of rock I can sell. They’re good for what ails you.

I wear an amethyst crystal to help with my anxiety. Its almost certainly a placebo effect but I feel better when I have it on and hold it in my hand when I'm stressed and it helps. It has absolutely no scientific basis obviously but I do love it

I just bought a big bag of soda crystals . Put a load down my plug hole in my bath as when i have a bath i do go a little all out with dried roses and all kinds, and dont fancy it blocking up my pipes!

As for things like rose quartz etc, i have a rose quartz necklace. It's pretty.

I also have an Onyx head (think Easter Island statues). He's called Bob and lives on my bookcase. Occasionally he is called into action as a makeshift pestle & mortar.

Health wise I don't think they do much. However putting rose quartz and amethyst in a little water fountain seems to create some kind of energy, although it might just be the movement of the water. Palm stones are nice, but again, I never noticed anything other than a nice smooth stone.

During lockdown D's tried to grow a crystal but nothing happened.

I have some on display in my house, mainly because I think they look pretty. I hope they do something but I don’t feel the powerful changes that were promised to me just yet

I don't think I believe they have any powers, other than a placebo maybe.

But having said that I had a necklace when I was younger, a cage type thing with a crystal in. Whenever I wore it I got a migraine. I changed the crystal and it was fine after that.

Joking aside I believe in woo stuff.
