I’ve never seen a home blood pregnancy test, are they reliable?

Apparently more reliable than a urine test

my period is 3 days early but no sign of period pains or anything how do you know if it’s implantation bleeding?

You don't I'm afraid. I've been pregnant three times and had implantation bleeding each time. The first time it was a few days spotting, the second it was about a week of brown discharge (sorry) and the third it was like a proper period. It varies so much that the only thing you can do is wait and test again in a few days.

You ovulated 3 days early. Therefore you will start your period 3 days earlier than expected. Your luteal phase (the number of days between ovulation and starting your period is almost always the same. For example, my luteal phase is 16 days, and sometimes I ovulate as early as day 10 and then come on 16 days later, so making a shorter cycle that month. Mine vary between 26-32 days. The day of your cycle on which you ovulate can vary, but your luteal phase usually stays the same.

It’s therefore highly unlikely to be implantation bleeding. It’s just your period.

Also, just for future reference, no pregnancy test on the planet will tell you if you are pregnant if you are testing within one week of ovulation. It can take up to around 9 days for an embryo to implant and then to produce the pregnancy hormone, which won’t usually show on a pregnancy test until the date of your expected period, if then. Some tests will show earlier, but certainly not within a week of ovulation!

I took a test earlier and I think I was on my period because it says I’m not but had no period pains all the way through& normally I get they really really bad before and during that’s why I was confused xx
