Funds are very tight this year and I am thinking of going back to basics this Christmas....think homemade gifts as I have more time than money.
Thinking Sloe gin, chutneys, pickles etc.....naff or not? Any ideas of what you would like to receive? Obviously will buy gifts for children in family.

Seaberry is awesome. Very tart unusual flavour. I had honey with it. It was really nice

My colleague made lovely salt scrubs and lip balms for her team last Christmas in pretty ribbon wrapped recycled jars. They were all (genuinely) delighted with the effort.

She also makes flavoured salts with beautiful presentation. She clearly has a thing about salt Grin

Knit things? Or rug making - very simple - get a kit. I have made lovely rugs for children's rooms.
