What would happen if a family had fled serious DV with extreme violence and a court order then was granted for father to have some contact with the kids but only ever to be supervised

What if they have gone to another country ??

Can't seem to find any answers online for this

Mother had been with him years but fled when babies were only small

They Need to get onto a lawyer

And also if they flee this will look bad on them??

But if he lies to court and court believe him !! And mother feels like she has been left with no choice?
