Will these beds show as available

Friends dd is waiting to be admitted to an edu. I know these an 18-25 year old ward about an hour from here. She’s 23 nearly 24 will that bed show as available or only adult inpatient units? Should I suggest they ask about it as it might be quicker to get a bed as the age range is smaller.

Wards usually have a list of people awaiting a bed however if someone gets admitted to a&e or needs transferring for another ward these often take priority (that's how it works in my trust)

She’s currently in a medical ward.

If it's in the same hospital she should be on the list and therefore get moved as soon as a bed becomes available
