It depends on your philosophy and approach to life. Your self esteem, what you view as ‘normal’ or beautiful.
Look at paintings from previous centuries, bodily beauty that other cultures find attractive.
There is no norm or standard if beauty that is universal or objective.
Personally I find bodies glorious, functional, individual, funny, lovely, etc. Bodies are bodies.
If you feel unable to reveal parts of your body generally accepted as OK to be on show in our society, the issue is in your head.
However you are not alone, obviously, because due to all sorts of pressures we, particularly women, are made to feel that our bodies are not good enough.
This is a shame.
Dieting is one thing. Maybe look at lots of art, the work that an artist made of loads of vaginas, and read something like The Beauty Myth.
Be proud of your body for what it is: it supports the you that is you. Enjoy it, appreciate it and two fingers to what anyone else thinks.
(They won’t, by the way)
