Summarise in maximum 3 words the performance of the current UK government

Have to agree with @TattyMcBab.

Shambolic, terrifying, corrupt.

They really do scare me as a government in charge. I can only watch on in abject horror waiting for the next thing they will decimate, the lives they will destroy. [Sad]

SarahBellam · 06/09/2020 15:19

And if the best thing you can say about government is ‘at least they’re not [insert random party] ‘ that’s a really shit, mediocre, compliment. What you’re saying is that absolute pinnacle of their achievement is not being another party. I’ve been a Tory voter. My parents are dyed in the wool Tory voters, and even they can’t get over this absolute shitshow of a government.

bellinisurge · 06/09/2020 15:19

Third rate idiots

Iamagree · 06/09/2020 15:20

Cynical, manipulative, self-serving

Xenia · 06/09/2020 15:22

Better than Corbyn.

Katharinablum · 06/09/2020 15:27

But corbyn isn't around now. The question wasn't about him. And for a lawyer xenia you're not very politically astute...

TwelvetyOClock · 06/09/2020 15:29

I confess, I'm a little confused than the "better than Corbyn" posts. Based on what? That time Corbyn was Prime Minister?

Port1aCastis · 06/09/2020 15:31

Corbyn not PM!

Port1aCastis · 06/09/2020 15:33

Bullshitters Liars Incompetents

VinylDetective · 06/09/2020 15:39

@Xenia

Better than Corbyn.
Talk about damning with faint praise.

Sorry to disappoint- never voted labour in my life! Doesn’t mean I don’t think this current lot is a complete shitshow!

Out of touch

Facelikearustytractor · 06/09/2020 15:51

When we look back at this period in the future we will wonder what the fuck people were thinking voting for them.

Oblivious to their own embarrassing shitness.

Out of Touch

NeedToKnow101 · 06/09/2020 16:05

Corrupt shitshow cunts.

Facelikearustytractor · 06/09/2020 16:05

Are people still talking about Corbyn? Come on guys, think of something a bit more inventive! It's like saying I'm getting punched in the face, but at least I'm not getting kicked in the shins instead!

The fact of the matter is people clearly think the PM is shit. That is what the polls are saying. Corbyn may well have been shitter as PM, but that is besides the point - neither of them should/should have been.

I read this in an article earlier: “Our problem is that Starmer’s appeal is his competence," one Tory MP said". Competence isn't something that should make you stand out from the crowd in politics!

CeaseAndDesist · 06/09/2020 16:15

Kakistocracy.

(See, I don't even need the other two words).

As for 'better than Corbyn'? If the only trope you have to judge the party who have been running the country for the last decade is 'oooooh well I suppose they're doing better than the guy who never got anywhere near actual power'...maybe you need to just give it up as a bad job, hey?

Onestepup · 06/09/2020 16:20

Best current option.

Imicola · 06/09/2020 16:21

Total shit storm

Facelikearustytractor · 06/09/2020 16:43

Missing, presumed dead.

bp300 · 06/09/2020 16:56

This had to be a wind up. Gordon Brown is without a doubt the worst chancellor and PM we've ever had. Rishi Sunak is second worst chancellor we've had, both almost bankrupted the country.
