What on Earth has happened to Apple quality control- had to return 4 brand new faulty devices this week?

2 iPods and 2 iPads.

Given up now.

Have always had Apple devices. Never had anything faulty.

They aren't what they were, for sure. My university leases MacBooks for us and my partner's keyboard is so bad that she now uses a bluetooth one instead, and various other things have gone wrong with it. My sound keeps cutting out so I have to restart the damn machine. Not to mention that you get less and less in terms of ports, things like DVD players etc. with every so-called improvement. I hate them but am committed to them because of my university use.

Really shocked. They’re expensive and previously you paid extra for the quality. Now the quality seems worse than other brands.

All we wanted was a device for ds to listen to music not on a phone. Bought an iPod from Apple store which was faulty, replaced it and it had the same fault. Then thought we’ll go for an iPad instead. First one had a fault replaced it to find the second had 2 faults.

Need to start thinking how to move away from Apple which is annoying as we all have Apple devices.

Are they making them in different parts of the world or have they changed quality control?
