To spend nearly £200 on a tiny needle felted sculpture of my beloved dog?
Barely 10cm tall!

DH says it’s a complete waste of money and I can just hear my DM now aghast that I would spent so much money on such a thing...

Picture of an example of the artists work, (not my dog breed)

Would you?

If you want it and can afford it then treat yourself!
I may be biased though as I love dogs!

I think I would prefer to frame some really good photos of my dog and put the money, when I was ready, towards a new puppy or a rescue. Or just give a donation to a shelter or The Dogs Trust. It's not that the needle felted sculpture isn't good; it's more a question of what do you do with it, and it will get dirty and dusty and just sort of "sit there" ifyswim, and I would prefer to put my money and focus towards living things. But it's your money so each to their own!

Look, all any ornament does is just sit there, so don't let that put you off op.

Of all the pointless and boring things we spend money on, something which fills you with joy when you look at it is worth £200 of anyone's money.

I kept some of my last dogs hair in a tiny suede pouch along with her ashes on a wall unit , new dog comes into the house and eats the hair - they are as one now
