a planet which has a black hole in the centre rather than a sun?
DH says I am and is get used to life there

The sun is often missing from Scotland, but we still have trees and the housing is very much cheaper!

The sun is often missing from Scotland, but we still have trees and the housing is very much cheaper!
That's a good point. I'm more of a Wakes girl than a Scotland girl as it's so far away but maybe it's a good compromise if he wants to more somewhere sunless.

Hole in t'road was filled in years ago. You wouldn't recognise Fargate now. You probably remember the Stonehouse Pub too. Gone also. I no longer live there but still have family there and am very fond of the place.

Brilliant post OP! Did you see the thing in the news about two black holes merging? Really interesting. I think it would be very U to move to a planet near a black hole because there wouldn’t be any light and it would be cold and very soon you’d be sucked into the black hole and crushed.

DS is a bit ginger and hates the sun so the other day we were imagining what the Earth would be like with no sun. Obviously the thing that concerned the DC the most was if there was no electricity and they were unable to charge their gadgets! Priorities!

I hanker after a planet with two moons

I said to my friend that God (or whoever) was very clever to create the sun and the moon to look the same size from Earth so we could have eclipses which are fab, and she said actually no because he/she should’ve given us lots of different moons in different colours because that would be better to look at.

Yeah he prattled on about time stuff bit frankly I for to bed at 1, eldest was in my bed at 2, T1 woke at 4, T2 at 5.30 and the shark went off at 7 so it made no sense to my addled brain.

DH isn't ginger unfortunate so he's failed to pass that gene to my offspring and this I have no pretty haired children. However he hates the sun, I suspect he's part vampire instead. I think this is where his plan is coming from.

The lack of electricity is an important factor, I'm catching up on old episodes of Once Upon A Time so I need electricity
