To ask about snoring....

What have you or your partners used that has actually worked?!
I'm at my wits end. My relationship is suffering, we are both constantly tired and beyond snappy with each other. We sleep separately but I have even started to wake him up when we are in different rooms now. I've also had the neighbours mention it. I am mortified and feel like it's completely messing with my mental health, as well as my relationship Sad

Have you been checked for sleep apnoea? Dh now uses a CPAP machine and that has stopped his snoring

I snore like a warthog when I've had a drink so not drinking helps. I am overweight which I suspect doesnt help, tho currently dieting. No quick fixes I don't think. Tho could be worth getting a GP to look up your nose and check its not structural eg. polyps. I use an app called SnoreLab to monitor things...quite motivating in the sense that you cant escape the evidence Blush

What does your doctor say?

Sorry - probably should have mentioned this in my op! Have been checked for sleep apnoea and it's not that.
I've always snored, seems to be getting worse as I get older. Although I have also put on weight so could try tackling that like a pp mentioned!
