Implantation Bleeding - Heavy?

A week late on period & started bleeding - lasted for 2 days but was quite heavy.. wondered if anyone had experienced heavy implantation bleeding? Or could it just be short late period? My periods are normally like clockwork

I had what I thought was a short period and tested positive about 3 weeks later. I was 6 weeks pregnant.

Implantation bleeding would usually occur either just before or around the time of your period, it's generally no more than spotting.
Have you done a pregnancy test?

Not done a test yet as really unsure - had headaches day 1, bad cramping & dizziness too which i never do on period...will do a test over the week just wanted to see if anyone had had quite heavy implantation as cant remember with my 1st

I am 6 weeks pregnant and I have bleeding with no pain, I did scan sac was not seen and doctor advised me to come back after one week,, 😫
