Bought a washer dryer 2 years ago, within the warranty period we had it seen to 6 times, at the end the last person tried to say we were "paranoid" after the pump had been changed for the third time and the central control panel once as well.
I'd lost the will to keep fighting over it with the manufacturer with calling and taking days off. I have lived with it as a washing machine for a year. We've regularly run it on a clean cycle, checked filters, made sure our drainage was ok but my washer dryer has today refused to drain or open. Finally got it open and thought I'd fixed it only for it to beep at me and tell me there's something wrong with the pump.
AIBU to just see it as a bad purchase, give up and buy a different one? If so, please recommend one that won't put me through this hell! (I know separate dryers are best but we don't have the space at the moment).
