I'll start....

Percy Pigs! 🐷

OP posts:
ForeverRedSkinhead · 31/08/2020 21:47

Disney, Starbucks, Nandos , hot weather , milkshakes involving weird combinations and chunks of anything , alcohol.

Mistymonday · 31/08/2020 21:49

Meat. People bang on about like it is some orgasmic thing, fgs enough!

Bleepbloopblarp · 31/08/2020 21:50

Agree Percy pigs are disgusting.

Instagram - untalented/average people posting photos of really quite unremarkable things like their new sofa and getting loads of followers saying the same thing “gorgeous that hun” etc. It’s just a load of randoms massaging one another’s egos and I don’t get it.
Tik Tok - I don’t get that either.

Pet dogs - every single person I know who gets one says they regret it. You wouldn’t have a muddy, smelly say, pig or goat running around your house and licking its bits then rubbing them all over the show so why is ok for a dog? I realise lots of people disagree!

KatherineParr4 · 31/08/2020 21:51

@TomPinch

Celebrities. All of them, and their worthless opinions.
Oh yes, yes indeed!
LadyH846 · 31/08/2020 21:52

I agree - dogs. They're smelly, dirty, they slobber, can be aggressive or even dangerous, and they shit in the garden. No idea why anyone wants one in the garden let alone the house.

D4rwin · 31/08/2020 21:52

Starkid musicals; coffee shops and agas.

Disfordarkchocolate · 31/08/2020 21:53

Definitely Percy Pigs and salted caramel.

Meadowland · 31/08/2020 21:56

Another one for Prosecco. I'm sure people only drink it because it makes them feel trendy.
Beach holidays.

missmouse101 · 31/08/2020 21:56

Hot weather.

DollyDoneMore · 31/08/2020 21:58

Animals, unless they’re for eating.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 31/08/2020 22:01

TKMaxx

I don't get it . The hoops you'd have to go through to actually find something . I'm sure that's why people do buy though, after all the effrt do they buy something just to justify it ?

I love HomeSense it is much better laid out and doesn't feel like a scrappy shop with three choices take-it-or-leave-it .
It feels like it was set out for me just to browse .

I bought some underwear for my DS , sorting through the display stand , finding the style he wanted , then looking at sizes , colours , is this a good brand? Is it even a brand ? Wha price ( yeah the Hell these were £29 Hmm ) then trying to find a box that is sealed .

I know people love TKMaxx though

Polkasquare · 31/08/2020 22:04

Starbucks

whatacrazytime · 31/08/2020 22:05

Nando's

Concretenotcement · 31/08/2020 22:09

Live music. Never sounds that great, I am a short arse so can never see anything once people stand up, drum and guitar solos always go on too long, expensive.

I much prefer to listen to a quality produced song in the comfort of my own home, or through decent quality headphones where I can actually hear and appreciate the lyrics and music.

ramarama · 31/08/2020 22:10

Blueberries. They're a very bland fruit

Hormonecrazyhell · 31/08/2020 22:11

Hermes bags

RedLlama · 31/08/2020 22:16

Avocado

bananaskinsnomnom · 31/08/2020 22:16

Instagram / YouTube / reality celebrities

Night clubs.

Cocktails

Social media!

Take always. Never feel good afterwards

Old houses. Houses with character seems to mean more hidden problems waiting to happen (you can tell I’m having house issues atm! Hehe)

Time40 · 31/08/2020 22:19

prosecco for me as well - I just don't get it!!

Agreed. It's Blue Nun for the twenty-first century.

I also agree about avocados. Vile things. And dogs. And football. And ... lots of them.

Whatnext2018 · 31/08/2020 22:19

Netflix..there’s maybe two things interesting to watch, after spending ages trying to find something good. Occasionally two or three good, new shows will come out at once..then it’s back to not much for a few months.

bananaskinsnomnom · 31/08/2020 22:19

Oooo also:

Buffets

Times Square (totally rammed and extremely hard to move. I love NY bit Times Square is hard work - was just looking through old photos and thought of that!)

Sky Q. My little luxury - old normal Sky was much better

Hotel chocolat. Basically Cadbury’s with a designer price tag.

kangaShade · 31/08/2020 22:21

Michael Sodding Bublé

powershowerforanhour · 31/08/2020 22:22

Loads of things people have already said.

Anal sex (boring, a bit painful after a while unless he hurries up and finishes, always the slight background fear of a sudden rectal tear ie risk of potentially catastrophic life changing injury in return for....absolutely fuck all. Everything else has a much better risk/benefit profile).
Mornington Crescent
John Wayne
90% cocoa dark chocolate
Poitin and other ridiculously high ABV spirits
