To think there would be a market for this?

I’m an experienced teacher. During holidays for the last few years I’ve done tutoring. Normally in person but online at the moment due to covid. I’ve had lots of enquiries and am thinking of setting up an tutoring agency. What do I need to think of before doing this?
YABU there will be no market for this
YANBU people will want this now probably more than ever.

It’s not precisely a novel idea.

I would imagine it boils down to your subject, pricing, success rates and your area ( less important online obviously). Then your availability, marketing and likeability.

Agency as in employing other teachers to do some of the sessions
