Court order and worries

I have a court order with a very emotionally abusive Ex and very manipulative, not to mention angry and bitter that his own family cut contact with him and he got PR for my child who Is not his. We have 1 other child together..

My child has been telling me that ‘daddy says I will be going to a very different school soon? And her sister will not be at that nursery for long. And daddy says he is taking me to Cornwall next weekend ‘ the place where we used to live But I fled from?

Next weekend is his weekend and I’m very anxious ! Who tells a child that they they will be Changing schools soon? My child is very happy with me there but he has to control stuff and this order wasn’t to his liking.
I may need to get in touch with solicitor , I did have legal aid but don’t know if I still do, sol said to get in touch if any problems.

I’m wondering if it’s just my anxiety as I know what he is like, he threatened me with the kids and to destroy me. He is dangerous in the sense he does things underhanded And crafty just to destroy people, I’m not the first either

He has also said other stuff which over the last 2 weeks I’m getting concerned about. I don’t want to stop contact and could get in trouble. The order has only been for 4 months and everything was fine until he started questioning my son And saying stuff he shouldn’t be saying.. I have a Prohibited step order as well.
Can a court order stop him taking My kids? I don’t trust him at all

So sorry to hear you have been through a lot. Personally I would contact your solicitor and just ask the question. He shouldn’t be saying things like this to your child. Keep a list/dates of anything your child says. Hope all works out okay for you. X
