Meal replacement diet - recommendations wanted

I’ve just started on optifast as I’ve put on shed loads of weight over lockdown. I’m coping ok but I don’t have a sweet tooth so am getting heartily sick of over sweet bars & shakes. The soup is ok but prospect of weeks with 3 flavours will be hard going. Does anyone have any recommendations for savoury/less sweet (pref low carb) meal replacements?

Hi OP, totally get where you’re coming from as struggled with Slimfast because of their focus on sweet products. I’ve tried Cambridge - which was okay, fair mix of products but a bit expensive. Since had really good success with Slim n Save - their meals are the tastiest I’ve tried, and make good bases for adding extra allowed food to (eg tuna in their cheesy pasta, quote in their Thsi soup). Have just started on Exante - not so keen on their meals (bit bland), but they have a really good variety of things that are a little bit different, eg. porridge, pancakes, etc - and there’s a whole online community who use the meal packs to create all sorts of things - bread out of soup, cake out of shakes, etc. Plus their sweet products have an amazing mix of flavours (cherry bake well, carrot cake, etc) that are not too sweet. Hope that helps - good luck!

Thanks- will take a look at both of those as living off only 3 flavours of optifast soup is not a great long term prospect 😬

It's an MLM, and I don't sell the product myself, but Herbalife products are good. Not sweet.
