NC for this as a bit outing.

I have an interview coming up for a Band 5 Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department. Any ideas on the latest hot topics and buzz words in that area?

I have two years of acute medical admissions experience and two of acute surgical admissions experience so hoping that will help! Unfortunately I don’t know any ED staff well enough to ask for help so I’m hoping MN can work it’s magic for me

I'd imagine infection control at the moment.
Sepsis recognition still important.
Talking through clinical emergencies youve been part of ( sorry if I'm being too simplistic)
