To ask how long my steak will last

Vacuum packed. Taken out of the freezer this morning.

Will it last until Wednesday evening?

Probably. That'd be the latest I'd give it.

Meat is quite helpful at letting us know when it's going off as it tends to smell awful.

Should be fine, you will know instantly when you open if its not.
